He hit teh point right on the mark. Developers are the 'creators' while the admins do most of the hard work at times. I may have it wrong though.

so theres no way pokeaddict is coming back is there. And i have a forum, with 52 members and 2200 post i could use your help and also i like your ideas and how you hate to see a forum die, so i was wondering if you wanted to help as a developer on the board to help it from dying.
